   2.2 The prices for installation services listed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on a variety of factors including but not limited to site conditions, electrical infrastructure, and local regulations.

3. Installation Services

   3.1 Installation services will be carried out by qualified and licensed electricians.

   3.2 The final price for installation will be provided after an onsite assessment has been completed.

   3.3 Any changes to the installation costs will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding with the installation.

4. Product Warranty

   4.1 Our EV chargers come with a manufacturer's warranty, the details of which will be provided with the product.

5. Returns and Refunds

   5.1 We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

6. Limitation of Liability

   6.1 NSN Electrical shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law.
