I was absolutely delighted to have Zac, Daniel, Lachie & Jordie from NSN Electrical update my very old ceiling down lights this past week. Nothing was too much trouble for the boys & they were perfect gentlemen.
I have included photo of the chandelier they put together completely by hand for me, & I couldn’t be happier with end result.

Daniel and Lachlan were very good in all aspects. They were prompt, professional, friendly and respectful of our home. Once completing the repositioning of the downlighting they used the plaster that they cut out to plug the holes in the ceiling. They did a very neat job of this and was greatly appreciated.

I ran into electrical issues out of business hours, and was quite literally in the dark.
Zac from NSN messaged me, and walked me through each and every possible reason for the electricity outage. His prognosis and suggested fixes were spot on.
Importantly, he NEVER made me feel silly for not knowing bits and pieces about plugs, power points etc. He just walked me through everything in a very professional, helpful and kind manner.
